We had a wonderful 6 days in Paris and really feel that we know the city now. Valmy was a delightful apartment bright, roomy, in a great location and with everything we needed. I am recommending it to my teacher colleagues.

Thank you so much for your wonderful apartment. I have been to Paris a few times but never had such a lovely time, which I put down to being in amongst 'real' Parisians! The location is fabulous, so easy to get around and it was great to have all the information you supplied, access to internet and landlines in Oz. We will definitely be coming again!

We have just returned from our holiday - the first week of which we spent in the Valmy apartment in Paris. The apartment was very confortable, quiet and great accomodation for a family being able to cook and wash our clothes. Everything we needed in the way of food and wine supplies was all within an easy stroll from the aparment, which again made things very easy for us. We also found the travel guides in the flat and the internet access very useful. I will certainly recommend your company to friends who are travelling and looking to stay in aparments in Paris. regards

Great location, a good size, secure and nicely fitted out.
We lived the life of a Parisian apartment dweller for a week or so and enjoyed the experience – much better than any tourist hotel etc.

Stayed in the Valmy apartment during February / March 2013. Fantastic location on the Canal St Martin and very handy to the Metro. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable. Although it was a little chilly for the time of year the apartment was always warm. There are a couple of local supermarkets but would recommend trying the local specialty food shops (butcher, cheese shop etc). The Turkish restaurant around the corner was excellent, L'Arlequin was also good for filling meal. Overall the apartment met our expectations and provided good value. This was our fifth stay in Paris (and third using an apartment as a base). Denis J March 2013
We found The Valmy apartment to be what we had hoped for: a quiet place of respite to return to each day after walking and seeing the sights of Paris. The apartment had everything we needed and the wifi was great for keeping in contact by email and Facebook and checking the news from home. The TV was good and we got into France Vingt Quatre. We walked to the Seine most days by different routes, exploring new streets and cafes. Valmy was all we had hoped for. We only discovered Chez Papa opposite Louis Blanc metro station on our last night but would thoroughly recommend it for a great meal, with wine, for about €25 per person. Peter C - April 2013
Convenient location near a metro station, easily accessible by car, the apartment has all the food shops in the surroundings as well as many restaurants and cafes along the canal. The apartment is quiet and well equipped for a family stay. Clean and nicely decorated, the apartment actually looks like the photos on the website. We will recommend! - Carmen

Found The French Experience a welcome change from dealing with overseas agencies. My 80 year old father and myself stayed in Valmy for 3 nights and found it delightful. Perfect location and all facilities were great. Soooo close to Restaurants, bakeries etc. I had my camera stolen whilst in Paris and the Police station was around the corner (very convenient) We loved our stay and will book next time we are in Paris!!! thankyou Catherine Adelaide SA - November 2014
