Sleeping up to twelve lucky guests, this private villa and pool makes a luxurious base for exploring the Sorrentine Peninsula, Mediterranean countryside and world-famous sights such as Capri Island, Pompei (33km) and the gorgeous town of Sorrento (12km).
Sitting just above the road leading all the way to Punta Campanella, at the end of the peninsula, Villa della Lobra is surrounded by ancient pathways which cut through the beautiful hills and along the sea cliffs in Massa Lubrense, leaving walkers spoilt for choice.
If your decision to holiday in this region of Italy has anything to do with food and drink, you won’t be disappointed. Olive oil is and Limoncello are produced locally.
Villa della Lobra runs across three levels. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs, three with en-suite bathrooms and two bedrooms on the lower level, again both are air-conditioned and en-suite as well as featuring a private terrace for soaking up the views first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
This large and tastefully decorated villa provides open-plan living spaces for gathering together, chilling out and sharing mealtimes or special occasions. It features numerous objets d'art and homely features giving it a warm and welcoming feeling. The kitchen is more than up to the job of catering for all twelve guests: it’s well-equipped and has access to both the indoor and outdoor dining rooms.
The generous terraces extend from the living areas and bedrooms and wrap around the sea-facing side of the house to take advantage of Villa della Lobra’s quite wonderful aspect. Your eye is taken as far as the horizon, beyond the beautiful Isle of Capri and Bay of Naples. In direct competition with the view, is your irresistible private pool. It’s a good size and the surrounding pool terrace is dotted with comfortable sun beds and parasols.
Backed by mature Mediterranean trees and pretty, flowering plants, this space is intimate and indulgent. At the end of the day, the sun sets perfectly between the villa and hillside, and it will feel like you’ve found your very own corner of paradise. /n Security deposit /n €200 charged to clients’ credit card by the owner before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. /n Departure time /n 10:00 a.m. (out of schedule arrivals will be charged at €30). /n Energy costs included? /n Yes. /n Linen & towels included? /n Yes, excluding pool towels. /n Pets welcome? /n Pets are not allowed. /n End of stay cleaning included? /n €400 payable locally. This includes 2 hours daily cleaning from Monday to Friday. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival.
