This delightful holiday home with private pool provides stylish accommodation for up to six lucky guests. You’re within a short distance of local shops and restaurants and easy travelling distance to some of the most iconic tourist hotspots along the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento Peninsula.
The pebbly beach, crystal-clear waters and waterfront eateries at the local marina are less than a kilometre away. Water sports such as diving, snorkelling and kayaking can be enjoyed from the harbour, or boat trips will take you along the scenic coastline from Positano to Capri. Walks through the Punta Campanella Natural Marine Reserve start virtually from your door, and day trips to Sorrento (18km) are just over half-an-hour’s drive away.
Villa Ralemina’s interior is bright, airy and modern. Your contemporary kitchen is well equipped and ideally situated for serving meals to both your indoor dining table and outdoor terrace. There are two, beautifully decorated bedrooms, one of which boasts direct access to the gardens and terraces, for that unhurried morning coffee and night cap before bed.
Step outside and discover your charming lawned garden and canopy-covered dining terrace and outdoor kitchen. The exposed stone and whitewashed walls give this shaded corner of Villa Ralemina a quaint, country feel. With a backdrop of flowering plants and Mediterranean trees, this is your spot for leisurely lunches and al fresco dinners. A pathway leads to your private pool, which is big enough for splashing, playing and cooling-off against the hot, Italian sun. Inviting loungers with a view of the sea complete the scene for blissful holiday moments.
For the very best seat in the house at sunset, you need to move to the upper terrace. With a relaxed seating area and yet more sun beds, your vista across the sea and bay, as the sun goes down, will take your breath away. /n Security deposit /n €200 charged to clients’ credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. /n Arrival time /n 3 pm to 10 pm. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. /n Smoking Allowed? /n No smoking inside the villa. /n Insurance /n It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property. /n Minimum stay /n 3 nights. /n Heating costs included? /n Reversable heating/air conditioning included in the rental price.
